Tina Tav is a Level Four personal trainer, who has earned multiple qualifications accredited by YMCA and the National Amateur Body-Building Association (NABBA).

At school, I was seen as the maths nerd so I was always picked last for sports teams, even though I spent my after-school hours at dance and martial arts classes.
